  • Please cancel visits within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time. If patients do not cancel within this window or are no-shows for their visits, they will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.

  • We do not accept insurance for clinic visits (in-person or telehealth).

    Starting in the fall will be able to accept insurance for procedures and infusions.

  • There is a doctor on-call at all hours of the day. This should be reserved for emergencies only.

  • Payment can be made with a credit card via Stripe at the time of scheduling appointments.

    We also accept Zelle to drshapiro@thegentlegi.com and if discussed ahead of time will accept personal checks.
